RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept requests for refunds except where a manufacturing fault is found to affect the performance of the product, so please contact us at techsupport@btechnik.com as soon as possible to try and resolve any technical issues you might have with your purchase. Requests for returns have to be made within 14 days of receiving your order. Any requests received after that time will be considered at our sole discretion. See the section on Refunds & Replacements for more information. Products involving electrical wiring and connectors can be damaged if not connected properly and we cannot be held responsible for any damages resulting from wrong connections that you make. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen. If you ordered the wrong item for your project, you can submit a request for exchange if the item is unused and still in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. All refunds & exchanges are subject to approval at our sole discretion. Items for return have to be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt, together with the invoice. We regret that items sent back after that will not be accepted for refund or exchange. RETURNS PROCESS Email us at sales@btechnik.com to ask for a Refund or Exchange. Include your order number, contact details and reason for your request. If your request is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item to us. Please note that acceptance of your request is only an acknowledgement of your request and not a confirmation of a refund or exchange. Items for return should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving it and have to be sent from the same country they were delivered to. Your invoice has to be sent back together with the returned items or your return cannot be processed. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the items for return. We cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit so we recommend that you use a delivery service with tracking available. We will not be able to process any refunds or exchanges on items not received. All items received at our warehouse will be inspected and/or tested to ensure they adhere to our conditions for refund and exchanges. We will notify you once your item is received. It can take 7-10 days to process a return. You will be notified by email, on whether your Refund or Exchange is approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your original method of payment. The original cost of shipping will also be refunded to you. If you opt for a replacement (of the same product) instead of a refund, we will dispatch the new item to you, at our cost. If no manufacturing fault is found, your refund will be rejected and we will notify you of this with no further explanation. If an exchange is approved, it will be given in the form of a discount voucher (value equivalent to the cost of the returned item only, excluding the original cost of shipping), which you can use to purchase a new item on our website. This discount voucher is non-transferable and we will not be able to make a cash refund on any unused portion of the voucher. Please note that you will have to bear the cost of shipping the new item(s). See more information in the sections below for:
1. REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS Email us with your request for a refund or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests received after that will be considered at our sole discretion. If your request is accepted, you will receive an email with instructions on how to return your item for processing. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items have to be sent back to us, with the original labels and/or tags intact, within 30 days from the date you received it. Items received after this period will not be accepted. Please send your invoice back together with your item or we will not be able to process the return. All returned items will be inspected and tested. You will be notified by email when your item is received at our warehouse. It can take up to 10 days for your returned item to be processed and we will notify you by email if your refund/replacement is approved or rejected. If testing shows up a manufacturing fault, your refund will be approved. The full cost of the product, including the original shipping cost, will be credited to you through the same payment method used at checkout. If you request for a replacement (same product/model), it will be shipped to you at our cost and we will also refund you the original cost of shipping. However if no manufacturing fault is found, your request for a refund or replacement will be rejected, and you will be notified of this by email, with no further explanation. All refunds will be credited to you through your original method of payment.
2. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you have not received a refund in your account 14 days after receiving our notification, first contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
