ORDERS
-  We accept orders for international delivery to most countries in the world.
-  When you submit your order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order.  This is not a confirmation of your order.  We will try and process your order as quickly as possible but it can take up to 3 business days to process.  We will send you a confirmation when your payment has cleared and your order shipped out.

PAYMENTS
-  We accept payments by PayPal, Google Pay and by Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit card through PayPal and Shopify Payments.  We do not store your credit card details.  Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.
-  Payment will be deducted from your account only when your order has been processed, this can take up to 4 business days.

PRICES
-  All prices listed on our website are in Singapore Dollars, and do not include taxes.  Taxes if applicable, will be added at checkout and you can review this before you complete your payment.
-  Prices viewed in other currencies is an estimate only.  All payments made at checkout will be in Singapore Dollares (SGD) and your bank may charge you a currency conversion fee if your payment is made from a location outside Singapore.
-  We reserve the right to change the prices at any time, without prior notice.

PRIVACY
-  We collect from you only the information required to deliver your order.  We will never share your information with a third party, unless required by law.
-  We hate spam and we will never send you any marketing material or newsletters, unless you have specifically requested or opted in for it.  Please read our Privacy Policy to know how the information you submit on our website is used.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
-  We do not accept requests for refunds except where a manufacturing fault affects the performance of the product.  All products are quality tested but if you think your purchased item is not working as expected, contact us for technical assistance at techsupport@btechnik.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase.  Please read our Returns Policy for more information.

SECURITY
-  Btechnik.com runs on Shopify Inc’s e-commerce platform which provides a secure 256-bit SSL encrypted transaction environment.  Please read our Terms of Service for more information – by using our site you are deemed to have read and accepted our Terms of Service.

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES
- Shipment will be made from either one of our offices in Singapore and Shanghai, depending on where stock is available at any point in time. -  We use established and reputable courier services for deliveries and tracking will be available - these include FedEx,TNT, DHL and SF Express depending on the country we are shipping to.
-  Deliveries made in Singapore should reach you within 2-3 days of dispatch.  International deliveries will reach you in 3-10 days of dispatch, depending on where you live.
-  The table below is a guide to shipping costs, weights indicated include packing materials.  Actual shipping costs may vary from the table below depending on the country of delivery - the final cost will be displayed at checkout, before you make payment.

TAXES & DUTIES
-  Orders for delivery in Singapore will be charged 7% GST.
-  Shipments to all other countries will not be charged 7% GST but the receiver will be responsible for paying any taxes and/or duties as charged on the shipment, by the local customs authorities in your country.
