When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us which includes your name, address, telephone number and email address.  This information is used in invoicing, shipping your order and to contact you if there are any questions or problems with your delivery.  Your information is private & confidential and we will never sell or share your information with any third-party individual or company.  We may disclose your personal information only if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.  They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.   A secure online store environment is provided with 256-bit SSL encryption.

    Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application.  They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.


    4.  PAYMENT

      We take payments through PayPal and Shopify Payments (powered by Stripe).  At no time do we collect or store your payment or credit card information ourselves. 

      If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).  Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

      All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

      PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

        In general, the third-party service providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.  E.g. payment gateways, courier companies.

        However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

        For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

            Our website operates on the Shopify platform and here is a list of Shopify cookies that are used.  You can delete these cookies on your computer if you choose to.

            To help us understand and improve the customer experience on our webstore, this website also uses the following third-party services & Apps: Google Analytics, Live Chat solution, BEST Currency Converter by Grizzly Apps SRL and social media links. 

            All communication on between us and our visitors is over 128bit Secure Socket Layer, and all data is housed on encrypted servers.

            By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.

            We do not use cookies to collect any personal identifying information about you.
